The direct link may be forwarded and browsing is not restricted to named invitees. BOATARIDE does not operate boats, organise voyages, sell transport, charter vessels, make bookings, collect payments, appoint skippers or verify users, boats, licences or insurance. 3 Legal and authority contact The general electronic contact above is the single point for account questions, complaints, content reports and legal notices. If the Digital Services Act applies to the pilot, the same monitored electronic contact may serve users and competent authorities only if it satisfies the applicable communication, language and response requirements. The operator should create a separate authority contact if operationally necessary.
